Can you provide samples?

Yes. Standard grades are available as free samples of 1–5 kg; you usually pay for shipping. For custom formulations, sample quantity and cost are agreed per project. Samples are usually shipped within 3–7 working days after the requirements are confirmed. Please tell us the application, target properties and quantity needed.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

  • Standard grade pellets: from 1 tonne. Packed in 25 kg bags.
  • Custom-colored or custom-compounded pellets: from 1 tonne.
  • Standard 3D printing filament: ordered by the carton.
  • 3D printing filament OEM / private label: from 500 spools per SKU.

MOQs for special projects can be negotiated.

What is the usual lead time?

  • Samples: 3–7 working days.
  • Standard grades: shipped in 3–7 working days from stock; 7–15 working days when production is needed.
  • Custom colors and custom compounding: 15–25 working days after sample approval.

Actual lead times are confirmed with the order.

Can you match our colors?

Yes. GREENPOLYMER offers custom color matching to RAL or Pantone codes and to your physical color samples. Please provide the color code or sample, and state the gloss, light source and color difference acceptance criteria. A standard color matching sample usually takes 5–10 working days. For projects with mass production plans, standard color matching samples are usually free of charge; special effects are quoted per project.

What qualifications and certifications do you have?

  • Company qualifications: GREENPOLYMER is a National High-Tech Enterprise (certificate no. GR202536001228, issued 2025-11-04) and a 2025 Jiangxi Province Specialized, Refined, Distinctive and Innovative (SRDI) SME.
  • Management systems: ISO 9001:2015 quality management and ISO 14001:2015 environmental management, scope: production of plastic pellets, valid until 2027-08-05; IATF 16949:2016 automotive quality management, scope: design and manufacture of plastic pellets, valid until 2028-04-10. All three are held by Green Polymer Technology (Jiangxi) Co., Ltd.
  • GRS (Global Recycled Standard 4.0): the scope certificate is held by GREENPOLYMER's international headquarters, Green Polymer PTE. LTD, with Jiangxi Production Headquarters as a certified production site, valid until 2027-07-30. See item 7.
  • Patents and software copyrights: 8 invention patents and 3 software copyrights.
  • Test reports: third-party testing can be arranged at your request, with test reports provided. RoHS, REACH and other test reports are provided per grade.

Can you develop a custom material for our part?

Yes. GREENPOLYMER offers custom compounding, including reinforcing, toughening, filling and blending. We can adjust the formulation to the part's flame retardancy, heat resistance, impact, appearance and environmental requirements.

Typical process:

  1. Requirements review: you provide the part drawing or photos, target properties, applicable standards, the current material and the expected volume.
  2. Proposal: GREENPOLYMER engineers propose candidate formulations and a validation plan.
  3. Sampling: usually 1–3 weeks.
  4. Customer validation: you run mold trials and tests on the actual part.
  5. Small-batch trial production, then mass production.

The whole development cycle usually takes 4–12 weeks, depending on the performance requirements and validation items. For projects with mass production plans, development is usually free of charge; special projects follow the agreement.

We can also give part design advice and run mold flow analysis together with your mold team.

Do you have recycled (PCR) products? How is recycled content documented?

Yes. Where performance allows, GREENPOLYMER can supply products containing recycled material on request, with traceability documents. Whether the recycled material is PCR or PIR is confirmed with the quotation.

  • GRS scope certificate: a GRS 4.0 (Global Recycled Standard) scope certificate held by GREENPOLYMER's international headquarters, Green Polymer PTE. LTD (Singapore), with Jiangxi Production Headquarters as a certified production site (TE-00112548), valid until 2027-07-30.
  • Certificate scope: it lists PP, ABS, PE, PC, PET, PA and PBT pellets made entirely of post-consumer recycled material, as well as blends of recycled and virgin material.
  • Claims on goods: a scope certificate alone does not show that delivered goods are GRS certified; that is shown by a Transaction Certificate (TC).

Are your flame-retardant materials halogen-free?

GREENPOLYMER's flame-retardant technology focuses on halogen-free and fluorine-free solutions. Halogen-free flame-retardant grades include GRN-PCA-N510, GRN-PCA-N520 and GRN-PC-N510; GRN-PCA-S520 and GRN-PC-S520 also use a silicone-based flame-retardant system without PTFE anti-drip agent. Whether a grade is halogen-free and fluorine-free is shown in the test report of that grade.

Which printers does your 3D printing filament fit? Can you do private label?

  • Diameter: 1.75 mm, for most desktop FDM printers; 2.85 mm on request. Diameter tolerance ±0.03 mm (to be verified by GREENPOLYMER).
  • Net weight: 1 kg; some products 0.5 kg or 0.8 kg.
  • Materials: PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU, PC, PA and fiber-reinforced materials, plus soluble and breakaway support materials. PPS, PEEK and PEKK are planned.
  • GREENPOLYMER works with leading manufacturers such as Bambu Lab. GREENPOLYMER PLA Wood is an officially recommended filament by Bambu Lab.
  • OEM / ODM supported: custom formulation, color, spool, label, retail box, carton and RFID / NFC tags. For MOQs, see the minimum order quantity question above.
  • For more filament questions, see the Filament FAQ. For models and recommended print settings, see the filament overview and Products.
