From compounding to filament
GREENPOLYMER started in engineering plastic compounding, supplying compounded pellets to consumer electronics, new energy, robotics and other industries. Its 3D printing filament uses the same compounding capabilities.
From printed samples to injection-molded production
Customers can first make samples with 3D printing filament to validate structure and assembly, then switch to injection molding with pellets of the same material family for mass production. Both are developed by the same company, so the material direction is consistent and communication is more direct.

GRN-PA6-C510 flame-retardant carbon-fiber-reinforced PA6
GRN3D-PA6-G25 PA6 glass fiber
Brackets, fixtures
GRN-PA6-E510 flame-retardant glass-fiber-reinforced PA6
GRN3D-PCA-E01 PC/ABS
Housing parts
GRN-PCA-T310 heat-resistant PC/ABS and others
GRN3D-PC-X01 flame-retardant PC
Appliance housing samples
GRN-PC-N510, GRN-PC-S520 flame-retardant PC
GRN3D-ABS-E01 ABS
Appearance parts, housings
GRN-ABS-G110 general-purpose ABS and others
Note: printed parts and molded parts perform differently. Printed parts are directional across layers, and their strength and flammability are generally lower than molded parts of the same material. Sample results cannot directly replace validation on molded parts. For pellet grades and data, see Products.
